+ I live in a far away place, can we still work together?

Absolutely we can! We work with clients pan India and some of them are even spread worldwide. We communicate with our clients through emails, phone calls, Whatsapp and Skype, so as long as you have access to the internet distance won’t be a problem.

+ I’m starting my own business! What services should I start with?

We firmly believe in building a business from the brand-up. Investing in a good brand design and strategy in the nascent stage will help you stand out in a competitive market and save you time and money in the long run. Next comes establishing an online presence with the design + launch of your site and engaging with your audience on social media. You can further expand your branding through customised stationery, packaging design and print marketing.

+ Can you create a logo for me without creating a whole visual identity?

Yes and no. We can definitely create just a logo for your business but we would not recommend it as a logo is just one part of your brand identity. In order for it to work well it requires a holistic approach which includes research, strategy and supporting elements like a colour palette, typography, fonts, secondary logos. A complete visual identity will strengthen your brand’s message, help you connect with your audience and stand out from competitors.

+ What is the difference between a logo and a visual identity?

A logo is a graphic image, design, type or motif which makes your brand identifiable. A visual identity or a brand identity incorporates your logo and supports it various other elements that define your brand’s personality and message. These elements include brand colours, typography pairings, imagery etc. All these visual elements make your brand identity and help create a consistent and cohesive brand presence for your business no matter where they appear.

A responsive website is designed to automatically shrink and expand to be easily viewed on any device, whether it is a desktop, a tablet or a smartphone. As more and more of us browse the internet on our mobile phones, it is essential that your website is responsive. All of our websites are designed as responsive websites.

+ What platform do you use to build websites?

Our two preferred platforms to build on are Squarespace and Wordpress. We recommend website platforms to our clients based on their business, functionality requirements and budget.

Squarespace is an affordable, all-in-one platform which is user-friendly and easy to update and maintain. It has pre-built SEO features for site visibility and comes with an SSL security certificate. Whereas, Wordpress websites offer more customisability and have a wider range of plug-ins for any unconventional website requirements that your business may have.

+ Do you help with search engine optimisation?

We always follow SEO best practices while designing your website. While we don’t offer SEO services beyond website design, our WP sites are created using clean code and they come installed with an SEO plug-in. Squarespace sites have pre-built SEO and if you need further assistance we are happy to point you to online resources that you can peruse.

+ Can you help me with my social media accounts?

We are eager to help out with social media when it comes to strategising, planning content and designing engaging, creative and cohesive graphics for your business.
